سياسة توصيل Beyond B
في Beyond B، نلتزم بتوصيل طلباتكم إليكم بكفاءة عالية. يرجى مراجعة إرشادات التوصيل الخاصة بنا أدناه:
إعداد الطلب وتجهيزه
- يتم تجهيز الطلبات يوميًا، باستثناء يوم الجمعة والعطل الرسمية. طلبات يوم الجمعة تُجهّز وتُشحن يوم السبت.
- سيتم معالجة الطلبات التي يتم استلامها بعد الساعة 3:00 مساءً (بتوقيت الرياض) في يوم العمل التالي لضمان أقصى قدر من الكفاءة.
- ويستغرق التوصيل داخل المملكة من يوم عمل واحد إلى ٧ أيام عمل، حسب المنطقة وشركة الشحن.
التوصيل السريع داخل الرياض
- إذا اخترت خدمة التوصيل السريع خلال ساعتين داخل الرياض، فسيتم إرسال طلب Beyond B الخاص بك إلى شركة الشحن المعتمدة لدينا في أسرع وقت ممكن. بينما نعطي الأولوية للتسليم الفوري، يرجى ملاحظة أن Beyond B لا تتحمل مسؤولية أي تأخيرات غير متوقعة بمجرد أن يكون الطلب مع شركة الشحن.
رسوم الدفع عند الاستلام
- إذا اخترت الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام لطلب Beyond B الخاص بك، فسيتم تطبيق رسوم خدمة إضافية قدرها 15 ريال سعودي على كل عملية.
سياسة الإرجاع والاستبدال من Beyond B
في Beyond B، نرغب أن تكونوا راضين تمامًا عن مشترياتكم. إذا لم تكونوا كذلك لأي سبب، إليكم كيفية عمل عملية الإرجاع والاستبدال لدينا:
فترة الإرجاع والاستبدال
يُتاح لكم طلب الإرجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الشراء، والاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.
يرجى التأكد من تقديم طلبكم إلى فريق خدمة العملاء لدينا ضمن هذه المدة.
حالة المنتج
لقبول الإرجاع أو الاستبدال، يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية، غير تالفة وغير مفتوحة. لا يمكننا معالجة طلبات الإرجاع للمنتجات التي تم استخدامها أو فتحها.
استرداد قيمة المنتج
ستتم معالجة المبلغ المسترد فقط بعد استلامنا للمنتجات والتحقق من حالتها. هذا يضمن أن كل شيء يتوافق مع معايير سياستنا.
طرق الدفع والمبالغ المستردة
الدفع ببطاقة الائتمان أو بطاقة مدى
- إذا دفعت باستخدام بطاقة الائتمان أو بطاقة مدى، فسيتم إرجاع المبلغ المسترد إلى البطاقة الأصلية المستخدمة في الشراء.
- تستغرق عملية استرداد الأموال هذه عادةً م 14 يوم عمل من تاريخ استلام Beyond B للمنتج المرتجع.
- ملاحظة هامة: إذا مر أكثر من 14 يومًا على الدفع الأصلي عبر بطاقة الائتمان أو بطاقة مدى، فلن نتمكن من استرداد المبلغ مباشرة إلى بطاقتك. بدلاً من ذلك، سيتم إصدار قيمة المبلغ المسترد كـرصيد متجر لتستخدمه في مشتريات Beyond B المستقبلية.
الدفع نقدًا عند الاستلام
- بالنسبة للطلبات المدفوعة نقدًا عند الاستلام، سيتم رد قيمة الطلب بالكامل كـرصيد متجر إلى حسابك في Beyond B. يمكنك بعد ذلك استخدام هذا الرصيد لشراء منتجات Beyond B الرائعة الأخرى.
الدفع عبر تمارا أو تابي
- سيتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة للطلبات المدفوعة عبر تمارا أو تابي مباشرة من خلال منصات تمارا أو تابي الخاصة بهما.
الطلبات من خارج المملكة
يرجى ملاحظة أن الطلبات المقدمة من خارج المملكة العربية السعودية عبر موقع beyondb.com.sa لا يمكن إرجاعها.

Beyond B Delivery Policy
At Beyond B, we're all about getting your favorite items to you swiftly and securely. Here’s how our delivery process works:
Order Preparation & Processing
We prepare your Beyond B orders every day of the week, with the exception of Fridays and official holidays.. If you place your order after 3:00 PM (Riyadh time), we'll process it on the next business day to ensure everything is handled efficiently.
- Orders at Beyond B. are carefully prepared throughout the week, excluding Fridays and official holidays. Orders confirmed on Fridays are processed on the following day.
- 2-Hour Express Option: if you Choose our 2-hour delivery service within Riyadh. We'll dispatch your order to our trusted carrier as quickly as possible. While we prioritize immediate handover, please understand that Beyond B isn't responsible for any unforeseen delays once the order is with the carrier.

Delivery typically takes between 1 to 7 business days, depending on the region and the shipping provider.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee
If you opt for the convenience of Cash on Delivery for your Beyond B order, an additional service fee of 15 SAR will be applied to each transaction.
Beyond B Return and Exchange Policy
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your Beyond B purchases. If something isn't quite right, here's our straightforward return and exchange process:
Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return within 3 days of the purchase date, and an exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.
Please make sure to submit your request to our customer service team within this time frame.
Product Condition
For a return or exchange to be accepted, products must be in their original condition, undamaged, and unopened. We can't process returns for items that have been used or opened.
Refund Process
Your refund will be processed only after we receive the products back and verify their condition. This ensures everything meets our policy standards.
Credit Card or Mada Card Payments
- If you paid using a credit card or Mada card, the refund will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase.
- This refund typically takes 14 business days from the date Beyond B receives the returned product.
- Important Note: If more than 14 days have passed since your original payment via credit card or Mada card, we won't be able to refund the amount directly to your card. Instead, the refund value will be issued as store credit for you to use on future Beyond B purchases.
Cash on Delivery Payments
- For orders paid with cash on delivery, the full order value will be refunded as store credit to your Beyond B account. You can then use this credit to purchase other fantastic Beyond B products.
Tamara or Tabby Payments
- Orders paid through Tamara or Tabby will have their refunds processed directly via Tamara or Tabby's respective platforms.
Orders from Outside the Kingdom
Please note that orders placed from outside Saudi Arabia via beyondb.com.sa cannot be returned.
