Delivery Policy

1. Order Preparation
      - Orders are prepared every day of the week, except on public holidays.
2. Processing Time
      - Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery within Riyadh
      - Beyond B. guarantees delivery of orders within Riyadh on the next day after the order is placed.
4. Two-Hour Delivery Option in Riyadh
      - If the two-hour delivery option is selected for orders within Riyadh, the order will be delivered to the carrier as soon as possible. Beyond B. is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
5. Delivery to Other Cities in the Kingdom
      - Delivery to other cities in the Kingdom takes 2–5 business days. Beyond B. is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.
6. Cash on Delivery Fee
      - If the customer chooses cash on delivery as the payment method, an additional fee of 15 SAR will be charged for each order.
